After many years as a professional musician, Alice came to the practice of Yoga as a way to prevent injury from muscle overuse caused by playing a musical instrument for hours at a time. Deepening the connection between movement and breath also alleviated anxiety, and allowed her to prioritize rest and rejuvenation. She received her RYT-200 hr from Breathe For Change, and is certified to teach Yin/Restorative Yoga through Shaktibarre’s 50hr BLISSFLOW course. 

Alice offers private and group Yoga classes, in person and on Zoom. Classes are 60, 75, or 90 minutes and tailored to your body’s needs, whether you are craving a restorative experience, or a powerful flow. Sliding scale rates available. Please inquire for rates.
